Fast Find 220 Personal Locator Beacon

A lifesaving 406 Mhz beacon with buoyancy pouch included, designed for marine enthusiasts and adventurers. It transmits your unique ID and precise GPS location to global rescue services

The FAST FIND 220 is small and light enough for you to carry on your person at all times. Using advanced technology, the FAST FIND 220 transmits a unique ID and your current GPS co-ordinates via the COSPAS-SARSAT global search and rescue satellite network, alerting the rescue services within minutes. Once within the area, the search and rescue services can quickly home in on your location using the unit’s 121.5Mhz homing beacon and flashing LED SOS light.

The compact FAST FIND 220 is quick and easy to activate, with a safe stow antenna which automatically deploys when the unit is activated. The battery enables it to operate continuously for a minimum of 24 hours. Waterproof to a depth of 10m, the FAST FIND 220 is also supplied with a flotation pouch, for easy retrieval.

Smartfind E5 EPIRB (manual bracket)

A cost-effective EPIRB meeting the demands of both commercial mariners and recreational boaters, comes complete with a Carry Safe Manual Bracket.

Designed to meet the requirements of both the commercial and recreational user, the E5 features transmits on 406 and 121.5MHz and includes a high brightness LED light which helps rescue services locate you at night or in poor visibility. Location is determined within 5km (3 miles) by measuring the doppler shift of the EPIRB’s signal through the COSPAS-SARSAT network. Once in the area, rescue services are then able to pinpoint your precise location using inbuilt 121.5Mhz homing transmitter.

The Smartfind/E5 EPIRB battery offers a minimum 48hr operation and a 6 year battery life. The Smartfind/E5 also features a comprehensive diagnostic and self-test facility to keep you up to date on remaining battery usage and EPIRB operation. The EPIRB is supplied with a manual release bracket.
