The objective of the company was to import and supplies various marine communications & navigation equipment for fishing boats, acting as the main center for fishing industry. 15 years later since starting in business, A. & Marine (Thai) Co., Ltd. has become the largest supplier & stock piles of marine communications & navigation aids equipment in Thailand.
The company has developed to extend the business lines into marine safety equipments, marine fittings & accessories and marine machinery spare parts serving to local markets such as private boats, shipyards, maritime industries and other government sectors. The company is also considered as a qualified government contractor and has been supplying various type of high technology electronics equipment and various miscellaneous electronics items for use in the marine communications and navigation system. The Company is not only the supply of electronic equipment but also installation, commissioning and training the end-user on the theoretical and practical aspects of the equipment that the company sold.
A. & Marine (THAI) Co., Ltd. is presently a main distribution center of high quality marine electronics products for communications & navigation includes ocean hydrographic equipments both on surface and under water, marine safety equipments, engines & spare parts and other products related in maritime industry. The company has over a decade of experiences and in-depth knowledge of marine electronics and marine accessories, with a strong network of back-up services, (the biggest service center in Thailand). The Company has two regional offices located in Ranong and Songkhra Province and fifteen branches located along the coastline. Being capable of fulfilling the needs of the marine industry in Thailand.
The company is wholly owned and operated by people actually involved in various technical disciplines. These include: radio communication, telecommunication, electronics navigation system, hydrographic system, GMDSS radio system and business management. The Company is also being able to provide the organizations with turnkey projects such as Coastal Station, Marine Traffic Control Station and Transmitting site with the antenna farm.
The Company’s headquarter including large showroom is situated in its own building named “Marine Thai Building”, which is located at Taiban, Samutprakarn Province, close to the mouth of Chao Phraya River approximately 15 km. away from Bangkok. Within its vicinity there are many shipyards, fishing ports and container terminal port.
