รายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ ระบบ AIS ATON
ATONIS-T
In the event of light failure, low battery voltage or buoy off-station, the System alerts an operator, either directly or via email or cellular phone. It also stores event data for later analysis into a logbook database.
Our AIS and Buoy Monitoring ODU Software offers full remote control of the operational parameters. The remote control is performed via AIS Network from a remote onshore location using binary messages. All the adjustable parameters like reporting rates, modes of operation, power and save modes and sensor control can be controlled remotely. Remote control software can operate with an individual AIS Base Station or with a coastal AIS Network.
ATONIS-T AtoN Transponder ATONIS-T is a modern, unique and modular Aids to Navigation Information System designed to operate constantly in an AIS VDL environment using FATDMA or optional RATDMA protocols. It is AIS AtoN transponder designed to be fully compliant with the IALA Recommendations A-124 and A-126, ITU-R M.1371-1 and M.1371-2 and IEC Standards 60945, 61993-2 and 62320-2. It is designed to fit within a standard 155mm lantern housing but can also be mounted in an external IP 68 enclosure, suitable for use on buoys and offshore platforms.
- Transmits accurate position of Aids (floating aid)
- Monitor the position of the floating aid with transmission of warning in case of drifting
- Customize reporting rate of AIS Messages; possibility to use reporting schedules
- Monitors violations by AIS transponder equipped vessels of specified areas; e.g. entering into zones, violating navigation restrictions in a fairway, etc.
- AtoN status information data which are presented on Electronic Chart Display in both graphical and textual format. Standard features of the software include the ability to add or delete AtoNs parameters, displaying icons based on transmitted Lat/Long from AtoNs and transmitting AIS messages.
- AtoN module is compatible with AIS and VTMIS modules for use as a standalone system or as part of an AIS or VTMIS network. Software is configured to accept data format of all AtoN AIS formatted messages. The software displays non-AIS AtoN monitoring and control parameters in a non-AIS VDL system. The dKart AIS and Buoy Monitoring transponder’s ATONIS-T Interface board can be configured to interface and send formatted messages for other manufacturers’ equipment.
- Provide configurable audible and visual alarms.
- Provide AtoN logbook database to store all received data of each AtoN and allow historical display of same data, including print out function selectable parameters.
ATONIS-T has the capability to transmit all standard AIS AtoN, Weather and Hydrological messages as well as monitor and control the equipment installed on the AtoN or offshore platform. ATONIS-T is also software configurable to permit the automatic activation of lights or signals when vessels come within range, transmit a safety–related Message 14 when a vessel comes within a pre-set range to a hazard, transmit Message 21 for synthetic or virtual AtoNs, or store a record of ships that come within a pre-set range for later downloading to a shore station. Special applications, such as transmitting channel management command Message 22 in areas using regional AIS channels, or storing ship activity in areas not covered by a shore-based AIS infrastructure and reporting this data via long-range SATCOM, is also possible.
ATONIS-T consists of a modular Base Board responsible for all scheduling, status checks, and generation of messages, data storage and for controlling the modular subsystem boards and components connected to it. Subsystem boards and components that can be connected to the Base Board are the AIS Transmitter board, AIS Receiver board(s), GSM/GPRS Radio board, and an Inmarsat D+ board, depending on the particular application, as well as Met/Hydro sensors. The ATONIS-T’s ACC-1 interface controller or lantern sensing module, provides the AtoN authority with a very versatile unit by providing (4) digital I/O interfaces, (4) analog interfaces and RS-232/485 interfaces.
ATONIS-T GPS supports DGPS (WAAS and EGNOS) for high positioning accuracy. An optional IALA Beacon receiver can be added to the Base Board where there is need of DGPS operation based on the IALA Beacon Long Wave System.
ATONIS-T configuration is accomplished via RS-232 or an optional Bluetooth connection for in-field servicing without having to go aboard or lift a buoy to access the transponder. The modular design of ATONIS-T makes it possible to have a low-cost platform for less complex applications but a system that is scalable to permit use in the most complex applications by adding hardware modules. This means the AtoN Authority does not pay for unused components. And it allows for repair of a unit by replacing the faulty component board rather than the whole unit
